Description
Vintage pictorial tile topped table depicting a woman, a man and a donkey at a well. Attributed to Lamosa. Circa 1930s, unsigned. Measures about 24-3/8" x 18-1/4" x 20" high. Pictorial tiles are 6" square. Wood legs and deck. Note: "Lamosa" is an acronym for Ladrillera Monterrey, S.A. The company started as a brick maker in 1890, but changed its name in 1929. Some Lamosa artists also reportedly worked with San Jose Pottery in San Antonio, Texas. This item will need to be shipped by a packing company of your choice. Condition
Good overall condition. Some typical wear to the wood. A little grout loss on the top. Tiles in good condition.
