Nice piece of political history: An authentic, original doodle with words by John F. Kennedy as senator, on United States Senate stationery. JFK was a prolific doodler. This page is covered with some interesting elements: the nickname of President Eisenhower ("Ike") in a box, a series of shaded geometric shapes, a circled "Woodrow Wilson" and a math equation. A couple of other random sketches above and below, as well. Paper measures about 6-3/4" x 5-1/4". Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic. Provenance: From the personal political papers of Congressman Michael J. Kirwan, personal friend of JFK's. Authentication further confirmed by Evelyn Lincoln, JFK's late secretary.
