1935 silver certificate short snorter, with signatures of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Eleanor Roosevelt and others. Authenticity unknown, but the signatures are of the period. Apparently collected by Billy Hill, which could be the notorious English gangster, but no examples of his signature could be found. Includes signatures of Claude Wickard, FDR's secretary of agriculture and Congressman Bruce Barton (R., N.Y.), a staunch opponent of FDR's, as well as a couple other illegible signatures.
